Tania resides in Rangiora, NZ and has been a member of the band since 2019 when the band travelled to Edinburgh.

Tania plays both the pipes and snare drums and currently a drummer in McAlpines North Canterbury Pipe Band (grade 4 competition band) since 1998 and competing at a National level since 2000.

Tania is the Drum Sergeant for McAlpines and a piper for City of Christchurch Pipe Band when required.

​Tania was drum sergeant when the band travelled to Scotland in 2022 to perform in the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
